Boosting the season

Hi there,
So yes, we started preseason 26 weeks ago. How fast you can say that and how much time it is, unbeliavable. After this 26 weeks of work preseason is almost over after:

441,26 km of riding.
88,5 km of negative drop.
160 T weightlifted.
208,5 km runned, swimmed and cycled.
Range of altitude training: 3600-530 mts
11,7 hours jumping on a trampoline.
TOTAL of 193 hours training.

Now it’s time to start new goals and keep working and improving all work done.
Thanks for all the support received, without you will not be posible.

And now, looking forward to the season, let’s get some points!
